1. How long will it take to receive my order?
- We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Free, with delivery in 8 to 13 days.

Express Shipping: $35, with delivery in 6 to 8 days.
Both options include 2 to 3 days for order processing.
2. Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we currently ship to the United States, Canada,United Kingdom, Europe, Singapore, New Zealand and Australia.
3. How can I track my order?
- Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by entering the tracking number in the "Track Order" section on our website, or if you prefer, you can track it directly on the carrier’s website.
4. What is your return policy?
- You can request a return within 30 days of your purchase, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us at support@pokestoreworlds.shop to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
- Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pokestoreworlds.shop. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not always be possible.

- Yes, all of our products are sourced from trusted suppliers to ensure authenticity and quality. We take pride in offering only genuine Pokémon merchandise.
9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at support@pokestoreworlds.shop with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
- At the moment, we do not offer bulk purchasing or wholesale options.
- Yes, you can change your shipping address, but only before the product is shipped. Address changes are allowed within the first two days after placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@pokestoreworlds.shop to request an update.
